#YNF EP37 - When Political Choices Are Taken Personally...

In this episode of the YNF Podcast, Brittany talks about how & why votes are challenging & ending relationships, as well as how (in certain circles) the Christian response to the election season & its results have contributed to divisiveness amongst Christians & non-Christians alike.

  •  Despite what is at stake, we should be sober-minded, God-fearing, & people-honoring when casting our votes & expressing our convictions.
  •  As Christians, a logical, Holy-Spirit-led, & correct theology should inform how we view ourselves & others, which in turn informs our political views.
  •  Relationships aren't in jeopardy merely because of a vote; it shouldn't be reduced to a choice, but rather what that choice represents on a larger scale. 
  •  If you are looking for guidance on the kind of person to be connected to, consider praying into Psalm 1 & asking the Lord for discernment, confirmation, & peace.
